We are just as comfortable taking our clients from a concept to building their dream home from the ground up. Clients who are interested in a start-from-scratch arrangement can feel confident in our ability to help them make it a reality —from demo all the way to accessorizing and staging. 

Construction Management

We help bring two-dimensional drawings into a three-dimensional reality. We are regularly on site to observe the construction progress, assess quality and ensure each project is proceeding according to the plan specifications and schedule. We act as a liaison between the client and contractor, making the process as smooth as possible for our clients. 

Interior Space Planning

Sometimes a home has the existing square footage, but the space isn’t laid out or designed efficiently. A home may have unused rooms, too many hallways, or large bedrooms with wasted space. We work with clients to reimagine their homes and maximize the flow and functionality of the overall space.

Material Selections

The details and finishing touches are what make a home feel personalized and distinctive. We pull from two decades of experience as we guide clients through selecting materials (stone, wood, etc.) and are experts at selecting materials that will look beautiful while standing the test of time. 

Permitting and Expediting

Let us handle the red tape and approvals. We know the ins and outs of building departments and are able to move the process along in an efficient manner. Our wheelhouse includes plan submission, corrections, building clearance and plan approval.
